seeing life thru Annies lens
“Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand.” - einstein

For my first image of the emulation I have chosen this painting from the Portland Art Museum. Since the first time I saw this image about two years ago I automatically got this warm fuzzy feeling inside. This painting transfers a motherly emotion and it shows the connection between a mother and child and the small perfect moments they share. I shot this emulation yesterday and the shots came out very good. I will be doing a trip-dict for this one. Next is the Madonna and child.

Word Project
My word was VAIN and VEIN:)
VEIN: Any of the tubes forming part of the blood circulation system of the body, carrying mainly oxygen-depleted blood toward the heart.
VAIN: Having or showing an excessively high opinion of one's appearance, abilities, or worth.

So today I turned in my final and I am feeling very confident at least more sure of myself than how I was last post lol tomorrow we will have a chance to see all the students works and this is where I kinda get a little self conscious. The " ah why did not I think of that " kinda mentality kicks in and I start doubting my own talent. I will go in there with the most positive attitude and really enjoy the works of others tho.

This Final keeps getting more and more frustrating for me. I did a whole shoot thinking that lush meant luxurious as in lots of money and fancy things right? well no it means luxurious in VEGETATION -.- guess who has less than a week to out in the freakin wilderness and shoot something bushy ugh not feeling to confident on this whole word project. Hopefully the other two pieces save my ass. wish me luck
